Enerpeel® Salicylic Acid

Enerpeel® SA is a skin remodelling solution designed specifically for sufferers of acne, thanks partly due to the sebostatic (oil production reducing) effect of Salicylic Acid. The solution also contains the two active ingredients that are present in Aknicare® - triethyl citrate and ehtyl linoleate - which were shown in a clinical trial by Professor Tony Chu to reduce the four main visible signs of acne.

Salicylic Acid ~30%

• Specially formulated for the treatment of acne in the comedonic and inflammatory phase.
• This chemical exfoliation is specially formulated for controlling hyperkeratinisation of the pilosebaceous duct and the removal of the horny plug. Indicated for controlling the inflammatory phase characterised by the presence of papules and pustules.
• Triethyl Citrate and Ethyl Linoleate is delivered with the peel to control bacterial colonisation (changes the environment which creates a specific action against Propionibacterium acnes) and also the inflammatory process.
• The latter process, induced by free fatty acids released from the hydrolysis of triglycerides by bacterial lipases is inhibited.
